Grapes

Grapes
Grapes are small round or oval berries that feature semi-translucent flesh encased by a smooth skin. Some contain edible seeds while others are seedless. Like blueberries, grapes are often covered by a protective, whitish bloom. Grapes that are eaten as is or used in a recipe are called table grapes and as opposed to wine grapes (used in viniculture) or raisin grapes (used to make dried fruit).
Grapes are very popular as snack fruits especially due to their tart flavor, crisp texture, refreshing moisture and attractive color. It’s difficult to resist a luscious bunch of grapes placed in front of you and the good news is that these fruits are packed with essential nutrients and are almost medicinal due to various health benefits they provide.
Grapes are Good for Your  Health  : The most crucial benefit you derive from eating grapes is production of anti-oxidants in your body. Grapes are rich in antioxidants due to the presence of phytonutrients called polyphenols. These antioxidants bind with the “free radicals” present in  your body and reduce the risk of plague formation on the arteries, thus improving your heart’s health.
Grape is used for preventing diseases of the heart and blood vessels, varicose veins, hemorrhoids, “hardening of the arteries” (atherosclerosis), high blood pressure, swelling after injury or surgery, heart attack, and stroke.
Some people also use grape as a mild laxative for constipation. You have probably heard of grape “fasts” as part of “detoxification.”
Grape seed is used for diabetes complications such as nerve and eye problems, improving wound healing, preventing tooth decay, preventing cancer, an eye disease called age-related
